There are only 2 versions available to me on the App Store. LE 2 & LE 3.

I have tried with both versions

Please note that our engineering gave the issue a short check themselves using the following setup: iOS 14.3, iPad Pro 3rd gen 12.9”, original-Yamaha-USB-cable via USB-C-Adapter connected to the iPad.

Cubasis LE immediately unlocks as expected, given this scenario.

Please make sure,

  • to follow the exact steps stated above earlier (including powering up and connecting the Yamaha device)
  • alongside, make sure the mic privacy setting is set appropriate
  • and give it a try to fully shutdown and restart the device in use

Be assured that the iPad Pro device in use will not make any difference. Same goes for the AG model.

Please create a short video (using your mobile phone) which shows your steps, alongside the back of the AG device. Please upload the clip via Dropbox, and let me have the download link via private message.
