Is it possible to output to four monos on my ur44 rather than the two stereo pairs like on Cubase. I also want to access what is sent the headphone outputs. Cubasis doesn’t seem to want to give me an option for mono outputs. I can’t seem to ‘send’ to the headphones either.

MIDI and audio tracks can be assigned to up to 24 individual outputs (12 stereo pairs) simultaneously with Cubasis.
The number of available inputs and outputs is limited by the hardware in use.
