Having trouble with Cubasis I connect my keyboard irig io 25, it promises to unlock the daw for free but this doesn’t happen. Would like some support with unlocking Cubasis for free with irig ikeys.

These are the steps to unlock Cubasis LE for iOS from demo mode:
- Connect a supported hardware to your iPad or iPhone.
- Launch Cubasis LE for iOS.
- Wait for the unlock message to appear.
Did you follow these steps?
If the problem persists, I suggest to get in touch with our friends at IK Multimedia, to make sure your audio device is properly connected to your iPad or iPhone.

Wish this worked. I have also reached out to ik multimedia. Unfortunately the device works fine with GarageBand and other included software, so i believe the issue is with the Cubasis specifically? Is it possible for any solutions from ik multimedia re unlocking the product features?

Starting Cubasis the very first time, a popup asking your permission to use the microphone appears, which has to be accepted. If you tapped “no” by accident, please change the setting manually as follws:
- Please go to the iPad settings
- There please go to Privacy / Microphone
- Please make sure to enable Microphone use with Cubasis
