We are glad to see things fixed, but require some more info to do so…
To summarise and comment on your previous reports:
- A lot of Crash when splitting a sound file
Please provide us with the crash reports or let us know the exact steps to reproduce this.
- Double click on audio file doesn’t place the audio in the tracks
Unfortunately we are unable to reproduce this, please provide us with more info how to reproduce the issue (unless it happens when using other apps to drag/drop files into Cubasis > known issue).
- Ruler-Zoom-Bug
Will be fixed in the next update.
Workaround: Hit the ‘rewind’ button to get the playhead back to the beginning of the project after that everything should work as expected.
- Project load freeze
Please provide us with at least one project, to allow us further evaluating the problem.
Apart from this, please try the following steps:
- Restart the iPad (as mentioned above)
- Update to iPadOS 16.2
- Set latency (Setup/Audio/Latency) to a higher value (e.g. 5 ms)
- Disable “Studio Quality” (Setup/Audio/Studio Quality)
