Hello,
Since v.3.5

  • A lot of Crash when splitting a sound file
  • Double click on audio file doesn’t place the audio in the tracks

Can’t make a clip
Will be worthless coz aleatory

Just spilt a file the move with cursor somewhere, then crash → freeze (sometimes not always)

This is a known issue, which will be resolved in the next update.

When loading Freeze

Unfortunately we are unable to evaluate the problem via looking at a simple image.
Could the issue be related to max out the processor (e.g. via using too much plug-ins etc.)

What happens if you close all apps and fully shut down the device. Does the project loads fine afterwards?

If the problem persists, are you able to share the project with us?
If so, please upload the file via Dropbox or similar and share the link via private message.

P.S.: Please note that the team will soon be off for season holidays.

Thank you for your help :slightly_smiling_face: I love Cubasis

  • ok

  • I believe enough dsp and few plugins are on like 4

  • fortunately after crash I’m retrieving my mix without need shutdown.even if I have tried to resolve the frozen issue by shutting down too

  • I could share with you but it’s happens at each project and this from the 3.5 version

Some suggestion needed with customizing shortcut for all the function
Missing so much :
-multiple audio upload (like his big brother)

  • go to the end of a audio
  • enter time numerically

Ok, please check the following steps first:

  1. Load the “New Project” template.
  2. Close all running apps, including Cubasis.
  3. Fully shut down the iPad

Does Cubasis works as expected once relaunching the device and app?

Many users requested the option to load Cubasis empty and to decide what project to load after launching the app, which has been fulfilled via the new Hub, introduced in 3.5.

In addition, the newly added Quick Actions for iOS allow you to launch Cubasis even more quickly like this:

  • Make a long tap on the Cubasis app icon
  • Choose “Create New Project” or “Open Recent Project” from the list

Ok,

I can’t share more than 800 projects
It’s just happen with any projects and was not there before last update!

Load like 1gb of files, maximizing your test * *not like you send like 4 tracks🙂

But If I’m the only one, doesn’t matter, let’s prey that it fix by itself

Final words :
I Repeat, It was working perfectly before the last update
Sorry but I’m not paid to be an beta tester, I report a issue you have to figure it out
