Hi, I am writing a big band score. I wanted to have the Tenor 2 soli line in the alto 1 part - so used the pop-over and created the cue.
so my tenor line looks like this
S Wonderful_tnr2.pdf (35.3 KB)
and when I create the cue in the alto 1 part it looks like this
S Wonderful Alto1.pdf (34.2 KB)
The question is … why do I get 8va? rather than the cues “at pitch” an octave lower?

You get “8ba” = octave lower.

You can obviously fool around with the octave transposition in Properties.

Thank you - you have solved it! - the Properties panel is more powerful than I thought!
