Howdy! I know cued parts aren’t available yet. Any idea when they might find their way into Dorico? Next update?
I’m afraid not in the next update, but they are planned for the following one, barring any unforeseen disasters that prevent us from being able to implement them.
In the meantime, I’ve been using diamond noteheads for cued lines, to give them a different look. Even without the whole rest in the other voice, if they’re labeled with the instrument whose cues they are, players seem quite comfortable with them. As a conductor, I’ve never had anyone accidentally play the cues.
