Is it possible to have the cursor snap back to the original position when I stop playback ?
For example I place the cursor at bar three, start playback…when I stop playback, it snaps back to bar three. The quickest way I found is to hit the zero numpad twice…
The option you want is in Preferences>Transport>Return to Start Position on Stop.
But, since you don’t like to use the numpad, maybe you want to just want to hit the stop button twice. The first hit stops the cursor where it is and the 2nd hit will return it to the start position.
