custom chord diagram doesn't show

Hi,

I’ve been working on this guitar part, adding chord diagrams. But some chords are a bit insubordinate. I wanted to add an A7(add11add13). I can edit the diagram to my wishes but after saving it and closing the dialogue box, the diagram doesn’t show up (it’s just an empty box). It happened before but after changing the chord name it was resolved. But in this case I don’t see a correct alternative naming.
So what to do?

A11(add13) didn’t work.
Also, the custom made diagram is gone after reopening.
