Hi everyone.
Upon request of the publisher for a publication of Italian popular music, I need the major chord symbols maj7 to be marked as "X"7+ (see attached example).
This possibility is not available in the available options. Is there a system to make this possible without individually modifying each agreement?

Probably the way I would approach this is to go to Library > Engraving Options, choose the Chord Symbols page, and under Intervals, set major seventh chords to use the Triangle appearance, as this will give you a single component to modify in a moment. Click Apply and Close.
Next go to Library > Chord Symbols and in the box at the top left, type e.g. Cmaj7 to add a C major seventh chord to the editing area on the right.
Select the triangle in the editing area on the right, and notice that one of the components in the row below the main editing area is shown as selected. Click the pencil icon below that row to edit the appearance of this component.
In the dialog that appears, create the 7+ appearance you are looking for: first delete the triangle component, then add “7+” using the Text tab on the right-hand side.
Now when you confirm this dialog and the Library > Chord Symbols dialog, each major seventh chord you create will use your modified appearance.
