Hello, wondering how I can define a default track. For example, if everytime I add an audio track and I want the fader to be at -10dB, without selecting a track preset.
Please advise if this is possible. Thanks!
Hi,
Creating a Track Preset is the only way. So you don’t have to Add Track and then choose the Track Preset, you can add the track from the Track Preset directly (for example from MediaBay).

Ok thanks. that might me more flexible in the end. I´ll have to take a look if there are any possible key commands that might help navigate the media bay more quickly.

You can assign a Key Command to the function Add Track > Using Track Preset. Then you can use arrows up/down to navigate in the window.

There’s no guarantee that the outputs saved are still available?
Ok, what about the 99/100 times where they are though?
I just posited a possible reason, hence the question mark.
Hardware may have changed, groups may be different…
