Custom Notehead Stem attachment

Hello everyone,
I’m trying to design this notehead:

Schermata 2024-10-06 alle 16.37.07

I’m not interested in the thickness variation for now, so I’m using an arpeggio technique. The first result I came up with was this one.

The problem is that I cannot see the ledger line, because dorico interprets the bottom of the arpeggio as the pinpoint of the note head. If I try to play a little with the stem attachment and moving around the “arpeggio notehead” I have something like this.

Seems to me the stem and the beaming are conflicting with Engraving Options, but I cannot touch them because of course that would affect every note in the project and I don’t want that. Does anyone now hot to achieve the design in the first screenshot? Thank you.

I would put a hidden note where you want the ledger line and suppress playback.

In order to move a flag or beam to the bottom of your arpeggio noteheads, you need to change some properties in engrave mode. To move a flag vertically, select the corresponding notehead in engrave mode and change the Stem adj. property. To move a beam vertically, select the first and last noteheads associated with that beam in engrave mode and change the properties Start Y offset and End Y offset in the Beaming section of the properties panel.
