Custom VST folders, standard folder

Hi,

on OSX lion, Cubase 7.0.1 I’m adding 2 vst plugin folders:
library/audio/plug-ins/vst/64bit
users/myuser/library/audio/plug-ins/vst/64bit

I REMOVE the standard folder library/audio/plug-ins/vst because it also contains unbridged 32bit plugs I DON’T want Cubase (64bit) to load.

But after restarting the folders keeps getting added again. I can’t get rid of it and so the 32bit plugins will be loaded.
I don’t want to that.

Bug or feature?
Workaround anybody?

Thanks!

Why don’t you cut the unbridged 32bit plugs and paste in another folder? Cubase can’t see them if they’re not there. If you still want Cubase x86 to access them then add that new folder in Cubase x86
