Customise VST instrument options in add tracks (presence and order)

Hi I’d like to remove Groove Agent SE as an option in the add instrument track dropdown as I have GA5 and accidentally select it sometimes. (I know I should just slow down!!) As i have old projects I presume I need to keep SE installed. I also have some third party VSTis eg synths that i’d prefer to appear in the Synth section. Be v grateful of any advice. Many thanks
