Cut at locators, Insert at locators etc. as before?

I’ve been using an old version of Cubase where there were nice functions such as: Cut at locators, Insert at locators etc.
Now on Cubase 9,5 I can not find anything like that.
I am mostly interested, that when I cut and paste a selection of tracks I would like to have the tempo track cut and pasted as well.
Anybody knows anything about this? :confused:
