Cut off filter in Alchemy resets to zero

Hi,
Just today this started happening - in all my Alchemy presets the cut off filter resets to near zero, killing the volume for practical purposes. Does anybody know what might be happening? I think it might be a MIDI issue, possibly related to my controller (Oxygen49) which has given me pitch issues in the past. Any thoughts on a solution greatly appreciated.

Looks like it was a problem with my MIDI controller. Something to do with the mod wheel I think. Oxygen 49, five years old. The pitch wheel has given me trouble in the past too. Maybe time to upgrade.

I have the same problem with cubase elements and alchemy. All of a sudden, there is no volume. I don’t know why…
