I am trying to take advantage of this current deal for Spectral Layers.
I am currently a user of Izotope RX 10 so I am eligible for a cross grade.
I filling out the form to prove my eligibility.
I have uploaded a screen shot of my Izotope purchase and then it asks for my postal code ( Canada).
It wont let me submit the form because my postal code is not in the correct format. I have tried every conceivable way of formatting a Canadian Postal Code and it wont accept.
What postal code format is it looking for?

I emailed my local Canadian Yamaha tech support team dn they told me to email the team in Germany which I did. No response.
How do I get past the postal code part of this web form?
It’s a pity that the Spectral Layers cross grade does not accept the 40% discount voucher code that came with Spectral Layers GO and as such was handed out to virtually every Pro Tools user, If advertised on the right channels, this would bring Steinberg a lot of new users!
