D.S. al Coda won't show both text and symbols?

Hi all,

I am having trouble getting Dorico 5.1.70 to show a “D.S. al Coda” with both text and symbols for both the segno and the coda. What I want is for the instruction to look exactly as it does in the fourth option shown here:

With the settings as shown, I get this in the score:

I tried choosing “text and symbol:”

and that gives this the same result. How can I get the score to look like the fourth option, with both the text “Coda” and the coda symbol shown?
