D3: Using Guitar fingering for other plucked strings

Hello,

Does any one know how it would be possible to allow guitar fingering techniques on other plucked string instruments?

I’m trying to utilise the new Guitar fingerings options for right and left hand on an Oud part, and I can’t seem to access them - nor can I access other options to do with string numbers etc…

Is there somewhere in the settings where one can define what type of options an instrument/part can access?

Those options are only available for fretted instruments. Your best bet is to create a guitar of some kind, then rename it so that it’s labeled as an oud.
