Hi everyboby,

I have a song with this form :

Quite standard →

  • Intro : bars 1 to 8
  • Verses : bars 9 to 33
  • Chorus : bars 34 to end.

The problem: there is 3 verses and “d.s.” don’t let me to set the number of times it could repeat. I can add a custom text (for example D.S. 2x), it works for engraving, but not for playback.

Any advices to solve this ?

It’s only 6 bars longer to just copy out the 1st and 2nd ending. Then you can replace the D.S. with a normal repeat structure, which you can set to Play 3 times in the Properties. That also reduces ambiguity for the players.

There is a solution in the German Forum (I got a similar problem)
