Deactivate auto toggle of "set remote-control focus for vst Quick Controls"

Hello how do you deactivate “set remote.control focus for vst Quick Controls” to toggle on if you select an instrument track ?
If you use these knobs for the sampler track, you will also always edit instrument settings with them if you select an instrument track.

I see cubase 11 elements has track quick controls, would it be a solution to upgrade to 11 and use track quick controls for that use case ?

Ok I just downloaded the trial version of 11 and tested this.

I can use the track quick controls, but there is a similiar problem.
the Track quick controls dont seem to work global, only on selected tracks.
