Looks like the default composer/lyricist/arranger etc. layout is wrong for Hebrew (and I guess for all right-to-left languages) - instead of being to the side, is to the center (for both left and right boxes under the title box).
Besides a wrong default, I also couldn’t figure out how to fix it with any of the text layout controls. I only managed to work around this by shrinking the width of the engrave box and pushing it to the side. (and even that solution wouldn’t be available in the Elements version, I guess).
