Default Preset for PRE section loading but not applying

  1. I applied some LP and HP filters on an audio channel.
  2. I saved this as the Default Preset.
  3. I created another audio track.
  4. The preset IS loaded, but not applying. I need to manually touch both knobs (I have the channel settings eq displaying knobs) for the filters to kick in.

Is it something on my side?

Hi,

This function is disabled by purpose, as specified in Cubase. Not a bug.

If you want to change this, I would recommend to add the Feature Request tag.

Ok, that’s good to know. I don’t feel it should behave one way or the other, but it struck me as a bit odd that it worked that way. Now I know it works that way on purpose. Thank you Martin.
