Delay Compensation in Offline Precessing

Hello , my question is:
If i process an audio event offline with a vst plugin, is delay compensation applied?

Example: inPhase plugin from waves (phase processor)

If not, there is a way for manually compensate?

There is no need for delay compensation in this case.
It is offline.

Thanks st10ss, my mistake, monitoring section in inPhase is different as insert compared to offline.
