delete barlines for individual parts

Hello,

Is it at all possible to delete barlines locally? I want to delete barlines for just one part in my score but I can only manage to delete the barline for the whole thing.

You can have independent barlines if you give that staff its own time signature - if using the popover, press Alt-Return to input an independent time signature, or if using the panel, Alt-click it.
