Is there an easy way to remove all the hidden tracks?
The Project Logical Editor should be able to help you with that.

is there a preset for this?
[I know this is an old conversation, but adding this reply in case it helps anybody searching for this topic]
It’s easy to create the preset. I loaded the preset “Delete Muted Tracks” and just changed the property condition from “Is Muted” to “Is Hidden.” That’s all it took.
