Is there a simple way to delete a blank page (it still has page numbers on it) from the end of a piece? I had lyrics on it originally, and when I removed the lyrics, the piece got shorter and there are 2 empty pages.
Yes - presumably you put text on as a page override (ie just on those specific pages, not by editing the page template) which locks those pages in place.
I have no idea what you are saying! Here is a screen shot of the pages I want to delete. I have it in Engrave mode. I just want to get rid of them. Any ideas?
If you have Dorico Pro, you can open the right zone and look for red triangles.
If you have Dorico Elements, you need to follow a different procedure:
They have pro.
I’ve run into this problem too. A long time ago. But it would be best if you could upload a file as well—so we can check whether that was the issue.
Thanks. I was able to find the red triangles in Engrave mode and when I clicked on them, the pages disappeared.
I’m a brand new user from Finale, so everything is new. I find that most things are a lot easier in Dorico, but sometimes, the answers aren’t available in tutorials or in the manual.
