Greetings!
I had a license for cubase 9.5 and a licence for cubase 10.5 (not exchactly me but under the same household). I upgraded the 9.5 to 11 sucessfully (the first account). But when I tried to upgrade 10.5 to 11, I messed up the usb dongles. I also choosed delete registration under USB-eLicenser tab (second account) so I lost the 10.5 license and due to wrong usb dongle it turned to 9.5. So In the second account I cannot recover my 10.5 license and instead a 9.5 license appears. Is there any work around?
