Detailed views of the three compressors and the maximizer in the channel strip can only be accessed via the Edit button, not via the strip view in the channel strip. They should also be accessible via the strip view.

Yup. Especially with the new auto-hiding displays, no reason not to be a more generous with the display size.

Here is something else that can only be accessed via the Edit button and not via the Strip view: the comparative EQ (two channels).
