So, this is certainly not a deal-breaker for me compared with the positives of wonder when editing with SLP.
I just tried Deverb module at 70% reduction on some Eleven Labs custom AI voice for an ongoing project. The setting for the scene is outside in a field, in nature and the AI voice has a bit of room rvb on it. All the Deverb module did was degrade the signal and add unwanted buzz. It’s very obvious in the spectral display as well. It’s not a big deal for this. I do have Acon DeVerberate, but, really I’m not going to try DeVerberate either.
I think I read someone else talking about this before on this forum.
Anyway, just sayin…
I usually just edit these simple jobs only in SLP because it’s mostly a field ambience recording that requires NR and hole filling.
