Device dropping connection intermittently causing dropouts

If you came here to point me to https://helpcenter.steinberg.de/hc/en-us/articles/360009604280-UR-C-Audio-dropouts-in-SuperSpeed-USB-3-1-Gen-1-mode I have already been through those steps multiple times using the following ports/devices.

Inateck USB3 expansion card
ASmedia 3.1 Hub
Intel USB Hub

Tried these with a variety of cables and configurations. Contacting support tomorrow, but wondered if anyone else encountered these issues and found a solution? My power settings are all configured in both the device manager as well as power settings relating to Windows 10 performance.
