Just installed the UR242 on a new Windows 10 box. I have installed the latest firmware and driver.
I can see the device in Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Sound. If I right click it and choose Test I will hear a tone in the left ear and then right ear of my headphones. Then I receive the following message:
The device is being used by another application. Please close any devices that are playing audio to this device and then try again.
There are no other applications running. I have disconnected Wi-Fi, and verified nothing is open in the Task Manager.
I cannot get any sound from the UR242 (iTunes, DAW, etc) at all.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the driver 3 times.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
