there is no way to use a keyboard shortcut to call the device setup except in Play mode.

all the other setup/ pref /options can be called from any mode with KS except Device setup

please allow

We can change this in a future build, but it will require you to redefine this key command when you get the new update. It will appear in the ‘Application’ category rather than the ‘Play’ category.
