Got a new MIDI controller, the Novation Impulse 61, which comes with a handy dandy software called Automap 4. Problem is, when I go through the install process, I can’t follow the directions because when I click on Device Setup, the Impulse isn’t listed there at all. How do I make Cubase find it? It’s curious because on the attached screenshot you can see that Automap and the Impulse are already listed under MIDI Port Setup. Any ideas?

Sometimes there are others listed there that will cross reference with your device. If you can’t find one, try the “generic remote.” If nothing else, you may have to add it manually.
