Dear all,
i am trying to figure out why i see all apps in an audio track (Routing > Mono Input > Inter-App) but only a few of them in a midi track (as instrument). I just would like to record the synthesizer Thor as a midi track to alter some notes afterwards. Or is there another way to do that?

It always depends on the instrument or effect app manufacturer, what type of IAA connection (audio and/or MIDI) is available.

P.S.: Please note that many off manufactures have updated their instruments and effects app to the newer Audio Unit standard, which provides much more flexibility in use…
