AFAIK, yes. There is (at least, was) a page about this in the Steinberg Knowledge Base, showing the project files compatibility between different Cubase versions, but I’m no longer able to retrieve it. And I remember having seen in it that project files done with, i.e., the Pro version could be used with ‘lower’ ones, at the expense of the disabling of specific Pro features.
Worth a check, though…
