Different Midi CC to different Midi Channels on one track

Hello,
hi I’m new to Cubase 12 Pro and trying its capabilities in the trail version - now I’m facing an issue:
I want to add Modulation and Expression to one track - this works fine if I do it on Midi Channel 1.

Now I got a VST, which outputs to two different Midi Channels (Midi Channel 1 and 2). I can’t find a way of adjusting the individual Midi CCs (e.g. Modulation, Expression, Breath Controll, Volume etc.), so that they are not depending on each other. How can I achieve this?

Hi,

I would recommend to use 2 independent MIDI tracks, both routed to the instrument.
