Difficulty with wave files import window in Cubase 7

Hi Guys.
I work on Cubase 7
I’m having a problem: I’m not able to listen the pre-audio on the waves files import window. Specifically, the player starts but I don’t hear it. Why ? Does anyone could help me with this issue ?
