And I tried to remove all channels, except the drums on an affected project. And the there was No problem, nothing clipped.

Yes, tried it on 2048 samples + Asio guard a moment ago. Still clipping.
Some odd things, I’ve noted… Since it only appears consistently when I render it, and only the first time I listen to it during a session, makes me think it has nothing to do with ASIO. And the notes is already affected on Snare Top & Snare Bottom, makes me think it has something with Groove Agent, and not specifically Cubase, but the combo of both. Since it didn’t appear when I hadn’t exported the mixer when I tested to add another new groove agent instrument track, playing the same midi, but started when I exported the mixer to Cubase.
