Also, I cannot get to Frames section, Frame edit. Where is it?
That may be because the new frame is behind the old. I just spent considerable time searching for a key-combo I thought existed to let me access and enter text into an overlapped frame. I could choose the frame handle but not get to the text within it.

Shift-alt-click will cycle through every clickable item. Once you get the right frame selected, press enter to edit the text it holds.
I’ll have to write that down somewhere. I seldom need it the way I configure centered MP fields, but in this case I was working on a Title Page that used two empty frames to form a double border around the page.

If you can select any handle on the frame, you can press Tab to switch to having the whole frame selected, then Return to enter the frame and bring up the text editor options.
