Disk Cache Load 100 all the time

For some reason after recording demo vocal track to a song, closing the project and opening again the Disc Cache Load meter has been maxed at 100 since.

It does that no matter project being on playback or stopped.

Any ideas what might be wrong and is this project file repairable?
