Display Changes of Chord Alterations without Repeating the Root

Is it possible to set an engraving option for chords such that successive chords with the same root but changes in alterations/extensions could be shown without reiterating the root, showing just the alterations separated by a voice-leading line (in the way that one can for omitting the repeated root over an altered bass note)?

The sort of thing I have in mind:

No, there’s no built-in option to hide the root in this kind of situation, I’m afraid.

You could either modify that chord symbol’s individual appearance in Engrave mode to add further extensions to it, or you could add a text item formatted to look like the chord symbol and position it manually in Engrave mode.
