Is that possible to change the display format ruler format to time ( hr: min: sec) other formats than bar and beats?

Yes! Simply tap on the display to toggle between bars/beats and time!

Mine only toggles the format of the label between (mixer icon and restart icon) and not the ruler! The remains the same. when I tap on the ruler, it moves the played ( playing cursor) to where I tap!

While the display can be changed itself, the ruler maintains to display bar/beats.
