Display Hitpoints while dragging, improve detection

I think it’s very important to display hitpoints while moving an event to make alignment a lot easier especially when you can’t overlap a Snap point and a Hitpoint because there are too many events (slices) to deal with.

Plus hitpoint detection algorythm is sometimes inacurate to a ridiculous degree. I’ve had occasions when a hitpoint was placed about 0.5 sec before the actual hit for no reason despite the threshold level.
