It doesn’t really matter whether I ask inVST live or here.
I created a project in Cubase 13 in 2021.
It includes the DMXis plugin for DMX control via MIDI channels.
On the laptop where the project was developed and to which the DMXis hardware was originally connected, not only do presets and banks work via notes (channels 16 and 15), but also fader movements via CCs (channel 1).
On my current computer with the same plugin, the same hardware, and the same project, only presets work.
What has changed, or where should I look?
In my opinion, it can’t have anything to do with the project itself.
Only with the Cubase version or the plugin installation.
