Do Cubasis master effects apply to additional stereo outs?

I have an audio interface with two stereo outputs connected to my iPad running the latest version of Cubasis.

Does anybody know if the master effects section (the ones you can pull up when you click on the button circled in red) is truly a master effects section (meaning, those effects apply to all stereo outputs, in my case also to stereo out 1/2)?

Or do they only apply to stereo out 1/2, as the UI would suggest, since that button doesn’t appear on stereo out 3/4?

Hi Timo00,
It just applies any of your existing INSERT FX to the final mix, but you probably already knew this already
