Although it’s not quite what you’re after, I have a Roland M-1000 that I still use all the time. You can mix 4 spdif inputs (optical and coax) with SRC (and analog I/O) and it can slave to wordclock. Very useful for bringing odd stuff with spdif outs together. I’m not sure why they discontinued it but you might pick one up used.
