… and I have the regret to report, more than two years after, that it’s no longer working with 15.0.30, thanks to the recent update which went without any issue, by the way. Here is what I get when launching a project using it (and was perfectly working until 15.0.20) :
This with several crashes : as soon as I close the project, Cubase vanishes without warning and with no crashdump file left. This, after having disabled the preferences (just in case) and reenabling the VST2 support in the plug-ins manager which was strangely disabled for a reason…
FWIW, the same Emulator X3 in standalone mode, working as expected, without any licence warning of any kind :

I really would like Steinberg to stop fiddling with what could be related to the VST 2.4 compatibility in Cubase…
