Does anyone use Frontier's Alphatrack controller?

But you’re so close! That means the driver is working correctly, but you also have to set it up as a controller within Cubase. Make sure it’s set at its default “AlphaTrack Native” mode first:

…. then, in Cubase | Studio | Studio Setup select it from the “+ Add Device” drop-down:

… and set the MIDI input and output.

I totally understand not wanting to have to turn off some Windows 11 AV features to get this to work, and in the end I’ve also had to abandon this, not because of the device itself, but because Microsoft made the computer it was working on obsolete.

For Windows 11, as an alternative I can recommend the Presonus Faderport 2 (2018), but only using the magnificent MIDI Remote script known as “fp-wizard”.
