I want to buy USB Powered small keyboard.

Can I play with it on Cubase without USB Audio Interface?

Yes, it does. If you will send the MIDI signal to the external HW, there is no problem. If you will use Virtual Instruments (VSTis), then you need a low-latency Audio Device with ASIO or at least ASIO4ALL driver, which is for free.
